• ❌You must not open an account if you have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from gtv99 for any reason, including self-exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

gtv99 may carry out age verification and identity checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on gtv99. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms. In such cases, gtv99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

gtv99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including but not limited to verifying your name, mobile number, and payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to pass verification may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Any winnings generated during a period when an account is under investigation may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

gtv99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh mobile financial services. No international payment methods, credit cards, or bank wire transfers are accepted. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment-specific terms apply to all players:

• 💰The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may take up to 5 business days to be returned to the originating wallet.
• 💰The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below ৳200 will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, however large withdrawals above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification.

gtv99 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the player's account balance in cases where the withdrawal is part of an ongoing investigation, where a bonus rollover requirement has not been satisfied, or where the account has been flagged for a compliance review. Players will be notified of any such action via the contact details registered on the account.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All promotional offers on gtv99 are subject to these bonus terms in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

gtv99 may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active offer at the time of its withdrawal will have their existing progress honoured, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gtv99. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• 🚫Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error will be voided regardless of whether the player was aware the error existed.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the gtv99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of gtv99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No material from the gtv99 platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the express prior written permission of gtv99.

The gtv99 brand name, wordmark, and logo are registered trademarks of gtv99. Use of any gtv99 trademark — whether in digital or physical form — without prior written consent constitutes trademark infringement. Game titles, provider names, and third-party logos displayed on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

Limitation of Liability

The extent of gtv99's liability to players is strictly limited as set out in this section.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gtv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if gtv99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gtv99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or due to circumstances beyond gtv99's control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, and acts of government. gtv99 accepts no liability for losses or missed opportunities resulting from platform unavailability.

Account Suspension and Termination

Circumstances under which gtv99 may suspend or permanently close a player account.

gtv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• ⚠️Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited activities, provision of false information, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• ⚠️A player's request for self-exclusion, which gtv99 will honour immediately upon receipt and which cannot be reversed during the exclusion period selected by the player.
• ⚠️Where gtv99 reasonably suspects that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, in which case the account may be frozen pending investigation and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• ⚠️Where gtv99 decides to withdraw its services from a particular region or jurisdiction, in which case all affected players will be given reasonable notice and any verified account balances will be returned to the registered payment method.

On closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts under investigation) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification being satisfactorily completed. Bonus funds are not returnable on account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

How and when gtv99 may update these Terms & Conditions.

gtv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gtv99 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the account. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the gtv99 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gtv99's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to the gtv99 customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within 10 business days of receiving the complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory. gtv99 does not accept responsibility for the legality of its services in jurisdictions where online gambling may be restricted or prohibited, and it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local law.
